LibreTech Systems
A digital sovereignty manifesto and technical log.🏴☠️ Digital Sovereignty Manifesto #
In an era of centralized silos and "platform enshittification," this space exists as a node of digital autonomy. We reject the tenant-landlord relationship of modern Big Tech in favor of the Sovereign Stack.
The Principles #
-
Identity is Cryptographic, Not Administrative My identity is defined by my private keys, not an entry in a corporate database. We use SSH Keys and Nostr to ensure that if the platform vanishes, the identity remains. Reference: OpenPGP & SSH | Nostr
-
Communication is Private by Default Metadata and content are the property of the sender and receiver. We leverage FlowCrypt and OpenPGP to ensure zero-knowledge communication. Reference: FlowCrypt
-
Storage is Resilient and Content-Addressed We move away from location-based URLs that break when a server dies. By using Storacha and IPFS, data is identified by what it is, not where it is. Reference: Storacha Network
-
Tools Should Be Minimal and Scriptable We prefer pico.sh because it honors the Unix philosophy: do one thing and do it well. No trackers, no bloat, just SSH.
